Dr. Bove is Medical Director of the Peripheral Vascular Diagnostic Center at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wayne State University, he received his M.D. from the University of Michigan School of Medicine in 1988. His postgraduate medical training included a General Surgery Residency at William Beaumont Hospital and a Residency in Vascular Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Bove has presented papers on vascular surgery, critical care, and other topics at more than 20 medical conferences, including the 6th World Congress on Intensive and Critical Care Medicine held in Madrid, Spain. His clinical research has resulted in the publication of 14 articles in medical journals, including a pioneering procedure for treating aneurysms by placing thoracic and aortic stents simultaneously.
